A district is a geographic region, typically consisting of one or more states (in the United States) or part of a country (internationally). In total, there are 31 districts in Circle K International.
Most districts were organized into one of seven subregions until the 2018 Circle K International Convention.

Each District is organized differently, but share certain similarities. This includes:
- A District Governor, which serves as the executive officer of the District Board.
- A District Administrator.
- A voting District Board of Officers.
- Non-Voting members of the District Board (sometimes considered Appointed Board)
